i recently heard it from someone that 3 Million new cases of STD's are being reported amongst teens each year ,don't you think safe sex is the need of the hour?

I agree with you 100%. I this web site express exactly how feel when it comes to teaching students in high school about safe sex.

Call me old fashioned, but I think that abstinence is the need of the hour.

And safe sex is a euphmism. (All contraceptive methods have a positive failure rate.) All sexual activity that results in STDs will results in STDs. {DOH!!!!!!! H. Simpson.} It should be termed safer sex.
