its a special dish my mother invented, only i know the recipe, i can let you know it for a sum of 1 million dollars , this dish will put all meat loafs to shame ......

first the meat loaf inside two pounds chop meat lean prefered three eggs , two ounces of grated parmesan cheese ,, three slices of white bread soak in 6oz. of milk , chop some LARGE 5 CHOPPED gloves of garlic , salt , pepper, some parsley, MIX totally together, till u got one big meat ball , lay wax paper DOWN flaten mixture meat like huge pancake , on wax paper ,,,,, IMPORTANT now take approxmitely 5 thin slices of italian mortatella ham , ALSO you must buy 1/4 pound of sharp IMPORTED provolone , SPREAD BOTH CHEESE AND MORTATELLA ON MEAT , NOW .....ROLL HUGE FLAT MEAT WITH WAXPAPER TILL U HAVE MEAT LOAF LOG , NOW POUR CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE ON TOP OF LOG BAKE TILL DONE 1/2 HOUR ENJOY ITS LIKE A H MEAT BALL STUFFED WITH ITALIAN HAM AND PROVOLONE THE FLAVOUR OF THESE INGREDIENTS WILL OPEN ANYONES TASTE BUDS GOOD LUCK , BELIEVE ME YOU WILL IMPRESS ANYONE , RECOMENDED WITH RED WINE , THIS WAS MY MOMS OLD RECIPE , LET ME KNOW IF U MADE IT

Yes i did get it Angelo and it looks very similar to the way my mama did it but i couldnt remember it all. That was a big help-esp the garlic-does make a diff dont it. That was great- do you happen to have the ingredients for a risotto rice dish-The rice was slightly creamy-and really tasted great. i've checked many cook books but have yet to come across it.Thank s alot!

Some how I missed the rest of this recipe - Ive got it all now and am going out to buy it all and surprise my son with it. He'll think Im a great cook after this- A 350 degree oven? Thanks Angelo-any ideas on the rice dish?
