I would love a wet central heating system which heats my hot water too but do not want oil. This comes as an electrical HVAC system.  For the water heater, there is the electric water heater.  Both of these would require an electrician to install.  They do make a humiditier for the HVAC system but there again, it is expensive.  My suggestion is to call TRANE.  THey are reliable and will assist you with a package to cover all you questions.&lt;/p&gt;
