It stays lit when the car is running and only goes out after you shut down the car and take out the key. I'm trying to find out how I can get this light out. I don't have the keyless remote for this car, last owner kept it. IT WILL NOT START,THAT  RESETS THE COMPUTER. PUT THE POSITIVE CABLE BACK ON AND SEE IF THAT HELPS.
