So many cases go un-reported out of fear and intimidation.</p> <p>Police are not held  accountable for their actions, and the use of "excessive force "has been used way beyond its definition..</p> <p>There are thousands of cases  every day around this country wanting  laws in place to stop this conduct. Its starting to get like medevil times or whatever...ya know? They ride around actting as if they are above the law...
