This was the world thumbing its nose -- no, flipping its middle finger -- at America. This was the world telling America what it can do with its President Obama, its Michelle Obama, its Oprah Winfrey, its belief that it simply could drop into Europe and use Hollywood dazzle to win an Olympic bid. This was the world telling America that we still don't like you enough in 2009 to back you in 2016.

And this was Chicago, city of sleazy politicians, getting a wicked taste of its own backdoor medicine. Seems the fixers got jobbed this time.

Anti-Americanism was alive and not well Friday in the Danish capital, where Chicago -- widely believed to have the most practical and safest bid -- was eliminated in the first round by International Olympic Committee voters. Not in the finals or the second round, mind you, but in the first round, which constitutes a statement just as rude and telling as the one made four years ago when New York was ousted early. Only hours after the president delivered what sounded like another campaign speech after an all-night flight, Obama was floored on Air Force One by the news that he had been outpoliticked by the more emotional, sincere and harder-working Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva of Brazil. Silva pounded home the void that never has made much sense: South America hasn't hosted an Olympic Games. And with the International Olympic Committee voters in no mood to do favors for the U.S., it was a convenient time to award the Games to Rio de Janeiro , where the thong bikini was born and where a teary-eyed Pele won the game this week that a U.S. sports legend, Michael Jordan, never showed up for.

The ramifications are rippling. It's another blow for Obama, whose big talking hasn't resulted in much action on a growing number of fronts. He gambled and failed miserably in Denmark, traveling overseas and getting his butt whipped to the delight of Republicans ripping him for wasting his time in a competition in which he finished dead last. Seems there was too much Hollywood and not enough heart and substance for the voters, who liked the Obamas and Oprah as celebrities but perhaps sensed an arrogance and a lack of understanding about their precious Olympic movement. The president took a chance with a significant at-bat on the international level. Not only did he go down swinging, he got nailed in the head with a fastball.

It is ridiculous to say that the elimination of Chicago wasa huge slap at Obama's prestige. (The Republicans, of course, would like us to think it was a personal put-down of Obama.) The USA is not entitled to any special treatment in the competition for the games. Moreover, Obama put his personal efforts into the competition because the other leading countries had their top leaders travelto Denmark. Please also consider that his will be the first time that a South American country hosted the games, which I think was a powerful motivation for Rio's selection.

I know this Mr. Held the people of Chicago (the REAL people) of Chicago knew the REAL cost for the games. The same as those in Athens, and Montreal who spent and lost millions on the Games! The monetary gains would have made been money for those like Valerie Jarrett who had her bank ready to receive millions from the sale of her slum properties for Olympic venues! Money spent on venues are short lived the debt incurred is long term! And in the financial situation that cities and states are in now , it is NOT the time to saddle them with more debt!

Good Morning,

    We spent the weekend at McEntire Airforce Base near Sumpter South Carolina. It was most enlightening to have the time to actually talk to some of the young men in uniform. These young men are bright, dedicated, and very proficient at their job. We were both duly impressed.
I cannot say enough about these young defenders of America.

   The one point I would like to make. When you mention the word OBAMA in the presence of these young Americans, be prepared for the harsh reality that their Commander In Chief is anything BUT that. There is no respect for Obama. At least none that we heard. Very sad. Yet, they will continue to support you and this country with all of their being, with all of their soul, and if necessary their lives. Amazing really.

   When you view this video, and it only takes two minutes, just ask yourself two questions.

    How did America get into this mess with the Left trying to destroy all that we believe in?
Second, How do we get out of this with our Country in tact? We still have three years of this maniacal madness.

    One last thought. It seems that if this continues the only true recipients of all of this thought process, are going to be the people who are here Illegally. What the hell is wrong with that picture. Illegal is illegal is illegal!

Unite behind Obama?

On Dr. Charles Stanley's Sunday program "In Touch", the guest speaker Dr. David Barton - on Obama:

Respect the Office? Yes.
Respect the Man in the Office? No, I am sorry to say.

I have noted that many elected officials, both Democrats and Republicans, called upon America to unite behind Obama.
Well, I want to make it clear to all who will listen that I AM NOT uniting behind Obama! I will respect the Office which he holds, and I will acknowledge his abilities as an orator and wordsmith and pray for him, BUT that is it.

I have begun today to see what I can do to make sure that he is a one-term President!

Why am I doing this? It is because:

- I do not share Obama's vision or value system for America;

- I do not share his Abortion beliefs;

- I do not share his radical Marxist's concept of re-distributing wealth;

- I do not share his stated views on raising taxes on those who make $150,000+ (the ceiling has been changed three times since August);

- I do not share his view that America is Arrogant;

- I do not share his view that America is not a Christian Nation;

- I do not share his view that the military should be reduced by 25%;

- I do not share his view of amnesty and giving more to illegals than our American Citizens who need help;

- I do not share his views on homosexuality and his definition of marriage;

- I do not share his views that Radical Islam is our friend
and Israel is our enemy who should give up any land;

- I do not share his spiritual beliefs (at least the ones he has made public);

- I do not share his beliefs on how to re-work the healthcare system
in America ;

- I do not share his Strategic views of the Middle East ; and

- I certainly do not share his plan to sit down with terrorist regimes such as Iran .

Bottom line: my America is vastly different from Obama's, and I have a higher obligation to my Country and my GOD to do what is Right!

For eight (8) years, the Liberals in our Society, led by numerous entertainers who would have no platform and no real credibility but for their celebrity status, have attacked President Bush, his family, and his spiritual beliefs! They have not moved toward the center in their beliefs and their philosophies, and they never came together nor compromised their personal beliefs for the betterment of our Country!

They have portrayed my America as a land where everything is tolerated except being intolerant!

They have been a vocal and irreverent minority for years!

They have mocked and attacked the very core values so important to the founding and growth of our Country!

They have made every effort to remove the name of GOD or Jesus Christ from our Society!

They have challenged capital punishment, the right to bear firearms, and the most basic principles of our criminal code!

They have attacked one of the most fundamental of all Freedoms,
the right of free speech!

Unite behind Obama?        Never ! ! !

I am sure many of you who read this think that I am going overboard, but I refuse to retreat one more inch in favor of those whom I believe are the embodiment of Evil!

PRESIDENT BUSH made many mistakes during his Presidency, and I am not sure how history will judge him. However, I believe that he weighed his decisions in light of the long established Judeo-Christian principles of our Founding Fathers!!!

Majority rules in America, and I will honor the concept; however, I will fight with all of my power to be a voice in opposition to Obama and his "goals for America."   I am going to be a thorn in the side of those who, if left unchecked, will destroy our Country ! !

Any more compromise is more defeat!

I pray that the results of this election will wake up many who have sat on the sidelines and allowed the Socialist-Marxist anti-GOD crowd to slowly change so much of what has been good in America!

As usual this morning was typical. Coffee and the remote. The quote I am about to describe really pissed me off. On the Morning Joe show they were having the obligatory roundtable. The conversation was about executive pay. Yadda Yadda Yadda. No front page news there.
The comment that really got me, was when the older balding fellow that is a mainstay on the show who's first name is Mike made an offhand comment. Sorry, but I forgot his last name. He said the following, and this is paraphrased. "Of all the things that are going on today, guess what they are having in Washington today? The Iraqi Business Conference!" He went on to make the statement that this event came at a tremendous price of many dollars and 4500 lives.

I'm sorry, but screw you. How about the fact that the Iraqis are having a business conference versus being maimed and tortured by Sadam Hussan. The fact that the elevation of Iraq from third world status to a viable functioning democracy. A democracy that is able to send their representatives to Washington. Forget the fact that Barak Obama and Company have spent in seven months our children's future, and are now working on our Great Great Grandchildren's legacy through lies and deceit in the name of reform. Forget the fact that the price tag of Iraq is a mere pittance to the money they want to spend in the name of Healthcare and Energy reform. Not to mention what they have spent to date.

   Heaven forbid if he could have mentioned the fact that the 4500 brave men and women of the armed service DID fulfill their dream of helping to create a free state in the mist of a totalitarian world. That because of their sacrifice the Iraqis can now send men and women to Washington for such an event. No, No No!!! That's not part of the agenda. How about a simple "THANKS" to our troops for their sacrifice. How about we achieved the goal, and the juice was worth the squeeze.

   I will take it one step further. If ONE soldier dies in Afghanistan today, his or her death should be placed at the foot of Obama. When our President puts a political agenda in front of the lives or our armed forces he should be held accountable for his actions, or lack of. The latter I think.

   Maybe we should pull out of this fight? Maybe we should allow the Taliban to regain control of the area? Maybe when we do get HIT again by these radicals we will once again regain our sense of purpose? The purpose that we once had in the days preceding 911? How soon we forget .Please don't get me wrong when I say the above. I hope it never happens. However, with the mentality that is rampant among the leftist elites, I honestly think that it takes the aftermath of a tragic event to help regain our insights of purpose. That an event of magnitude would serve to wake up our great Country to elect a President that could act decisively and get the JOB done!!! That an event would serve as a reminder that the world is not a kind place, and that we are a target of evil. That an event would serve as a vehicle to send the politically correct cowards back into the holes from which they have emerged.

Will history repeat itself. Carter, Obama then ???.

Let me say thanks for all that you are doing at GETLIBERTY.ORG. I have been following your progress for months now, and it is stellar to say the least. However, there is one very important component that I think you need to add to your ever growing list. I am the first to admit that I know enough about politics and monetary policy to be dangerous. However, there are certain actions that I think even an idiot like me can see, yet have no explanation for. I take that back, the explanation is as plain as the nose on my face, and once explored goes back to the dawn of modern times. Trade, greed, and mans universal want of material things. It all boils down to MONEY!
No, this is not a liberal tirade against the sins of the free market. Just the opposite, as I believe that the free market is what will get us out of the current financial crisis. That is, if it is allowed to. Herein lies the problem. IF IT IS ALLOWED TO??

I know, what the hell am I talking about?

I am talking about the actions of our large financial institutions, and their current policies in the name of profits.

The actions that include receiving huge chunks of capital in the name of Stimulus, TARP, Economic Recovery Act, or whatever else the various governmental agencies can give a name too, then proceed to advance funds in the name of. Instead of loaning these funds back to the citizens, small business's, or farmers that gave them the funds via taxes/government, have taken the money's and invested in commodities and various stock markets around the world. Thus screwing the people. Again.

The Americans who have diligently paid their taxes, to have their hard earned dollars routed to the banks, who then refuse to make loans to these same people with their OWN money!

You see Robert, I was asking myself some very basic questions this weekend. Questions that didn't make sense.
How is it that Gold and Oil are rising, when the dollar is falling off a cliff. That the stock market is rising, yet jobs are being lost in record numbers. Finally, a national debt that is heading us into oblivion, not to mention a manufacturing base that has stalled to say the least. (Which I believe is contrary to what Joe Biden is saying)

The answer should have been clear to me, but I didn't pick up on it until I heard an economist state the obvious.
The banks are simply creating yet another financial bubble in the stock market by diverting OUR funds from us to other more lucrative avenues. My guess is they will not only make huge sums on the rise of the market, but also massive amounts on the fall. Selling short is still legal right??

In short, no pun intended, it is this new "ARTIFICIAL BUBBLE", that we need to bring into our discussions, along with all of the rest. We all know, or should know, that massive inflation is the Feds answer to our crippling debt. It is right around the corner. My kids will soon understand this new horror. The horror of inflation and all that it implies. Also, when this next bubble burst we need to ask ourselves several simple questions, "What is Americas landscape going to look like?" How bad is this potential? More importantly, what is the long term plan of those who are operating and directing these actions? Finally, how do we combat it? We know that the cause and effect is in the name of profit, or at least it use to be. Or, should we be asking this last question, "Is it possible that the cause and effect could be in the name of power and domination for the demise of all that we hold sacred?" It is possible you know. America is not infallible. No country is.

I guess the bottom line is this. As we are fighting what I maintain is "ALL OF THE ABOVE", this situation needs to be thrust into the mix. This final straw, in my opinion, has the potential to break all of our backs, or at a minimum, crack a few vertebrae. Let me state for the record, "I don't want to see the surgeon!"

Once again, thanks for all that you are doing, and hopefully this message has given you something else to think about. I think if we examine where we are, we may come to this conclusion. We are where we are simply as a result of the same power brokers performing various actions with the means to their own ends. That they are doing it over and over by using different actions, but achieving the same results. If we are going to get back to free markets, I think that we need to free the market?

Keep the faith my friend, we are going to need it if this levy breaks.

Or, should we be asking this last question, "Is it possible that the cause and effect could be in the name of power and domination for the demise of all that we hold sacred?" It is possible you know. America is not infallible. No country is.

I guess the bottom line is this. As we are fighting what I maintain is "ALL OF THE ABOVE", this situation needs to be thrust into the mix. This final straw, in my opinion, has the potential to break all of our backs, or at a minimum, crack a few vertebrae. Let me state for the record, "I don't want to see the surgeon!"

Once again, thanks for all that you are doing, and hopefully this message has given you something else to think about. I think if we examine where we are, we may come to this conclusion. We are where we are simply as a result of the same power brokers performing various actions with the means to their own ends. That they are doing it over and over by using different actions, but achieving the same results. If we are going to get back to free markets, I think that we need to free the market?

This will be very short and to the point.

I have not read Sal Salinskys Rules For Radicals. At this point in Obama's tenure, I don't think it is necessary. Why? Because we can watch the Obama's Rules For Radicals in real time.

When it was announced this morning that four of the Gitmo terrorist are going to be shipped to New York for trial it doesn't take a high paid political stradegist to look at the reasoning behind this action.

Simply put, this is yet another attempt at "Smoke and Mirrors" by the Obama administration. Another attempt to take our eyes off of the ball. I should say BALLS, as their are so many in the air it does get confusing. The Press will fall for this tactic yet again. In fact they already have.

In my opinion this action is out and out dangerous! Dangerous on many different levels.

We have a president who is a Muslim sympathizer. Lets just say it. When you look at his roots, his upbringing, his history, it all stands to reason. This is who he is. However, it is NOT who the American people are. We simply need to look at his actions to justify the statement. Do we not?

As I watched the President spinning his lies across China a thought occurred to me.

Remember when you were a kid and you went to the amusement park. They always had the game Whack-A-Mole. My oldest son used to love the game. He called it Whack-A-Mole-E.  If you remember, you would put a quarter into the machine, these little moles would pop their head out of the hole, and you would proceed to knock the hell out of em with this rubber mallet. Great game! In my humble opinion, better the Skee Ball.

Someone needs to event the game, Whack-A-Liar. Can you picture putting a quarter into the machine, (I guess today it would be a dollar), and instead of a mole popping his pointy little head up, it would be an elected official. With all of the electronic advancements we have achieved today, the official would spout his rhetoric. At which point you could proceed to Whack-A-Liar. Knock the hell out of him.

Picture Obama popping up and saying, "No Public Option." Whack!!!!!

Biden saying, "The Stimulus is working." Whack, Whack

Or Pelosi just popping up and opening her mouth. Whack, Whack, Whack, WHACK!!!!

In fairness it will be a non partisan game with lots of little "Whack-A-Liar" heads. Endless heads.

Think about it. The game would be invigorating, stress relieving, and would keep a fair amount of Americans out of the hospital due to stroke. They could actually act out their aggressions.

On a more serious note, one needs to ask the question, "What does the game Whack-A-Liar and our elected officials have in common? The answer, MONEY. Your money. It takes a dollar to play the game, and the official needs your dollar to feed his agenda. Your money allows both games to be played.

If things continue on present course, Americans are going to come to a cross road. The directional sign at the cross road is going to point in two directions. One direction is "Freedom", the other is "Socialism" The choice to be made is simple That in order to maintain Freedom we have to kill the Moles/Liars in power. We are going to come to the realization that there is only one way to rid ourselves of the beast. That there is no sword, no gun, no cannon available to stop them. I say that, but the Taliban and a nuke would not be out of the realm of thought, but that's for another conversation. The only weapon that Americans have is their MONEY. Some would say that the VOTE is a weapon, but to vote one liar out of office, and then replace him with another just ain't cutting it. So let's stick with MONEY as the weapon of choice. It is the true life blood of these guys. We all remember the first Tea Party, and we are now living through the second. Different time, but the SAME PRINCIPLE. Feeding the King. Feeding the President. Sound familiar? WHACK, WHACK, WHACK!

Money is the food that feeds the Moles/Liars. It is what keeps them alive, it is what they relie upon to sustain life.

The point is simple. The principle is sound. STOP FEEDING THE MOLES/LIARS, AND THEY WILL DIE.

I saw Bill Oriely interviewing a liberal last night. Sally somebody, the name is not important. This loon was calling for a 70% tax on the wealthy. Hello?? Is anyone home?? MORE FOOD! These idiots not only want to eat, but if allowed, they will GORGE. They will gorge until their belly's burst. They will strip the shelves bare, and leave America groveling in the dirt. Think I'm kidding? Look at our national debt. They are gorging as we speak.

To think that if I go out and bust my ass, risk it all, and make what is considered a WEALTHY living, that I am supposed to give 70% to the idiots in Washington. That's ludicrous. It is contrary to the principles that made America great. It is, to say the least, NOT AMERICAN. Call it what it what it really is, SOCIALISM!

So the next time you hear the words TAX REVOLT, don't dismiss the words as the words of a crazy person. They may become the words of TRUE Americans? Think about the meaning of the words, but more so, think about the potential effect! Then ask yourself the question, is it a viable option? WHACK,WHACK,WHACK!! You damn tooting it is.
   Our Forefathers had the balls to say the words. "Taxation without representation." The question is, when the time comes, will we?? Or, will the sand be a pillow for our heads?

Dear Friends,

I was glancing at the Drudge report this morning, and picked up on the story that UCLA is going to have to raise it's tuition due to the simple fact that the state of California is going bankrupt. Thus a lack of funding to the instituion with the obvious results being a tuition hike. A fairly hefty one at that, 25%. Sounds almost like a tax increase??

Sara Bane, an economics graduate student, is quoted in her plea to the UCLA board saying, "You are jeopardizing California's future."

My first thought was a basic one. If this young lady is in grad school studying economic's, and doesn't have enough sense to realize that maybe California, (with it's massive entitlement programs, environmental stiflement, and high taxes), is in fact jeopardizing its future. Not by limiting education, but by endorsing stupidity through it's various economic outlays Maybe Sara should take Basket Weaving as her new discipline. At least she would be producing something?? Gaining a skill, or If all else fails she could apply for a job with the Obama administration? I have no clue what the Grad program is teaching its young and brightest, but it sure isn't basic economic principles. Not to mention basic common sense.

So what does UCLA California and Healthcare have in common? Don't ask Sara! She can't answer the question? She has no clue. I mean she really has NO clue.

Health care needs reform. On this we all agree. Simply put, cost's need to come down without a decrease in benefits. The talking points need no explanation. We have heard them all. Lets not be fooled. The goal can be achieved, but not with the reforms that are currently on the table. Not even close.

But here's the bigger question. Why are we, the United States of America, traveling the same road as California? Why are we bankrupting our nation with the same idiotic actions? Massive entitlement programs, an environmental agenda that will all but cripple business. Not to mention the increase in costs and the taxes that will insue. Taxes that will land a final blow for any type of sustained recovery. Recovery? Hell these idiots are going to spiral us into a second dip of the recession that we are currently enduring. A few more entitlements, a couple trillion more in debt, along with the increased taxes, and " Wow Bob what's behind door number 2?" Surprise Bob, its the "NEXT GREAT DEPRESSION."

Sara, take a wild guess as to what's going to happen to your tuition then? THINK HARD girl.

Here's the deal Sara. Like California you are dumb as a stump!!

Whereas I don't think Obama and crew are quite  as dumb. In fact I think this bunch is very very smart. Smart enough to know that if they can bankrupt the nation, and that the only thing left for the citizens to cling to will be the Government. Their newly defined government. After all, this is the goal as defined by their actions to date. Health Care is just one of the means to a very nasty end. Just one part of what appears to be a very well thought out plan for control.

What's the bottom line? California is going to go bankrupt mostly because of the will of its people. From what I have heard and read, most of the policies are based on their wishes and thought process. Reap what you sow. Self inflicted bankruptcy. Blatant stupidity. Wouldn't want to be you. Fix your own mess California. You see your increased tuition is the same as what will be Americas increased taxes. Its all and the same result.

Whereas, "We The People" are being led down this same road, not of our free will, but by a man (or his handlers) who are using the downfall of California, as a blueprint to take control of America. By imposing the same defeatist policies that will soon befall a once great state, and jabbing them into the heart of our beloved country. All in an effort to inflict a radical elitist philosophy that the majority of Americans want no part of. The key word in the last sentence is MAJORITY.

So here is the deal as I see it Sara. Change your major, or grow a brain.

America has something to do too. We've got to stop the madness, and get rid of the economic tsunami that is being thrust upon us. We need to rip up the radicals blueprint, but more importantly, we have to cast out the man and those around him who are trying to insert their will on an unwilling people. Or else, we will find ourselves in the same predicament as you, and UCLA. America still has time to correct the course, whereas I think California may be staring into the abyss.

I don't like the word abyss.

Last week when Obama was in China it was announced that it was doubtful he would attend the climate change talks in Copenhagen. When I heard this it didn't feel right. I thought to my self, "Since when would Obama give up a spot on the world stage?" Especially on the heals of receiving his Nobel Peace prize.That's a double whammy for the next President of the world. It just didn't make sense.

So like any good American who no longer trusts anything that is said, or in print, I went digging on the net. Looking for the variables in search of the truth. Easier said than done as the net has it's own agendas, but this is what I came up with.

There is an old saying that comes to mind when dealing with our government. " To get the answer you must survive the question."

So what is the question that is worth survival? I think it is a simple all encompassing profound question that is comprised of only one word. That question is simply "WHY."

Does WHY = Pi? Maybe, but I don't think so in this case. Where there are lot's of whys when it comes to Obama, I think that the answer is simple. He has said it. "TO FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGE THE UNITED STATES." It's about the only campaign promise he has kept.

It now makes a lot more sense now, than it did at that time. When I viewed it in the Spring it was more like a conspiracy theory. Now it is more like a prophecy coming true. Sounds wonderful doesn't it? Like wow, China is going to set the example for the world by reducing it's omissions by 40% of its unit GDP growth. Right, and pigs fly!

If the NO STREAM media had truly reported the story, the whole story, they would have included the rest of the story which ended with the following disclaimer.
"China, however, has emphasized that the target is a voluntary, domestically binding policy goal, raising the specter of a dispute at Copenhagen over whether and how reported Chinese emissions reductions will be checked.
Beijing insists that rich, industrialized countries should continue bearing most of the burden in reducing greenhouse gases and that developing nations like China and India must not be subject to mandatory emission reduction targets in any new deal.
China also said any new accord should include more financial and technological support for developing countries."

The only thing China is going to set the example of is to give Obama a talking point, and a verification of HIS agenda when he announces to the world what the United States is going to do. Will his goals mirror those stated by China? Boy would I like to know the real deal that was struck with China. More so, I would love to know how much it cost the United States for them to make this statement. Maybe it was revealed in the last statement of the article? FINANCIAL and TECHNOLOGICAL support for developing countries. Do you think China wants a some more of our action. Like maybe our last dime??
I have read the climate proposal. Simply put it is the beginnings of a New World Order. A World Government, that if left to our President will strip the U. S. of its last bit of sovereignty. It is a massive redistribution of wealth that makes the redistributed changes that are being attempted here at home, look like child's play.

The last thought I will leave you with is this. Is it possible that all of this is planned. Is Alex Jones on to something? Is this truly Obamas philosophy, or is this his handlers using his philosophy to help achieve the ends to their means?

The Letter Everyone Is Talking About

GLENN BECK: I got a letter from a woman in Arizona . She writes an open letter to our nation's leadership:

"I am a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life. Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me.   Instead, we are burdened with Congressional Dukes and Duchesses who think they know better than the citizens they are supposed to represent.
There must be someone. Please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you're willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. Please stand up now.
You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would feel so horribly disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut-job am I? Well, these briefly are the views and issues for which I seek representation:

One, illegal immigration. I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders. Close the underground tunnels. Stop the violence and the trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I'm not a racist. This is not to be confused with legal immigration.

Two, the STIMULUS bill. I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you No, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze, repeal.

Three: Czars. I want the circumvention of our constitutional checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution, and honor it.

Four, cap and trade. The debate on global warming is not over. There are many conflicting opinions and it is too soon for this radical legislation. Quit throwing our nation into politically-correct quicksand.

Five, universal healthcare. I will not be rushed into another expensive decision that will burden me, my children, and grandchildren. Don't you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night without even reading it. Slow down! Fix only what is broken -- we have the best health care system in the world -- and test any new program in one or two states first.

Six, growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. More is not better! Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real [Constitutional] obligations. Why don't you start there.

Seven, ACORN. I do not want ACORN and its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes -- how did they pull that one off? Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census with our taxpayer money. I don't trust them with any of our taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, hello. Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people. Investigate.

Eight, redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs -- and that is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person! Why do you want me to hate my employers? And what do you have against shareholders making a profit?

Nine, charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.

Ten, corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Every company must sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we'll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. (Have you ever ripped off a Band-Aid?) We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.

Eleven, transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let's have it. Let's say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please stop trying to manipulate and appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.

Twelve, unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now.
Take a breath. Listen to the people. Slow down and get some input from nonpoliticians and experts on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed-reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person. I am a parent and a grandparent. I work. I'm busy. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave.

I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not.
It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance. Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it but you should expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children. We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am sure that we still cannot. There is needless urgency and recklessness in all of your recent spending of our tax dollars.

From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on bringing our concerns to Washington . Our president often knows all the right buzzwords like unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don't want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we're morons.

We want all of you to stop focusing on your reelection and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented.. You think we're so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work, pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone... and we are now looking at you.
You have awakened us, the patriotic freedom spirit so strong and so powerful that it had been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured. They will be at the polls on voting day to usher you out of office.
We have cancelled vacations. We will use our last few dollars saved. We will find the representation among us and a grassroots campaign will flourish. We didn't ask for this fight. But the gloves are coming off. We do not come in violence, but we are angry. You will represent us or you will be replaced with someone who will. There are candidates among us who will rise like a Phoenix from the ashes that you have made of our constitution.

Democrat, Republican, independent, libertarian. Understand this. We don't care. Political parties are meaningless to us Patriotic Americans are willing to do right by us and our Constitution, and that is all that matters to us now. We are going to fire all of you who abuse power and seek more. It is not your power. It is ours and we want it back. We entrusted you with it and you abused it. You are dishonorable. You are dishonest. As Americans we are ashamed of you. You have brought shame to us. If you are not representing the wants and needs of your constituency loudly and consistently, in spite of the objections of your party, you will be fired. Did you hear? We no longer care about your political parties. You need to be loyal to us, not to them.. Because we will get you fired and they will not save you.
If you do or can represent me, my issues, my views, please stand up. Make your identity known. You need to make some noise about it. Speak up. I need to know who you are. If you do not speak up, you will be herded out with the rest of the sheep and we will replace the whole damn congress if need be one by one. We are coming. Are we coming for you? Who do you represent? What do you represent? Listen. Because we are coming. We the people are coming."
