There are pin worms, round worms also. I believe tape worms are the worst kind but they are easy to get rid of with medicine.

<foaf:maker><foaf:Person><foaf:name>Kori Knoll</foaf:name><yedda:age>42</yedda:age><foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://yedda.com/people/518212833827761/?src=rss:qb:ap" /><foaf:img rdf:resource="http://static1.yeddacdn.com/images/defaultUserIcon_rmt9c1d22d.gif" /></foaf:Person></foaf:maker><yedda:post><yedda:type>answer</yedda:type><yedda:thread previous="http://yedda.com/questions/Feline_parasite_identification_186136981871922/Feline_parasite_identification_186136981871922" /><yedda:rating>4.0</yedda:rating></yedda:post>

I found the answer in this Q&A blog!

How can I identify the type of worms my kitten is infected with? Is there a source where I can see pictures of the various worms that infect kittens, and cats?

I recieved an answer to my question. The answer was; if it looks like a grain of rice, it is a tapeworm (s).

My reply to the person who answered my question: Thank you for your answer! That is exactly what the worms look like! Your identification of the appearance of the worms that my kitten has is right-on; they look like small grains of white rice. I'm a little bit skeptical with this answer however, aren't tape worms very long, flat looking worms? Is there a web-site where I can see a picture of tape worms? Thanks again for your help!
