There are many causes of gastritis including drinking too much alcohol, prolonged use of antiinflammatories like advil, naproxin, motrin, ibuprofin, aspirin, injuries. If you are blood type "O" your body does not secrete something in  the saliva that controls stomach acid, so you must watch what you eat and practice staying calm. If you are a driven person, and experience stress frequently this can greatly contribute to the problem. I have a lot of good health and nutrition videos on my Youtube channel that may help you make some adjustments in your diet and suggest supplements that could give you some relief also. http://www.youtube.com/channel1954. Also this page has some natural products for gastritis http://www.mothernature.com/search/index.cfm?query=gastritis&amp;Submit2=Go. Look them over carefully before deciding. Hope this helps.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator>Trebor1477</dc:creator><foaf:maker><foaf:Person><foaf:name>Trebor1477</foaf:name><foaf:gender>male</foaf:gender><yedda:age>55</yedda:age><foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://yedda.com/people/4950951153101/?src=rss:qb:ap" /><foaf:img rdf:resource="http://static1.yeddacdn.com/resources/00000006427/8ca8bc42ad55672.gif" /></foaf:Person></foaf:maker><yedda:post><yedda:type>answer</yedda:type><yedda:thread previous="http://yedda.com/questions/Gastritis_medical_1496139114856/Gastritis_medical_1496139114856" /><yedda:rating>3.0</yedda:rating></yedda:post><pubDate>Thu, 19 Jun 2008 15:33:42 GMT</pubDate><guid>http://yedda.com/questions/Gastritis_medical_1496139114856/Gastritis_inflammation_walls_518119773916681?src=rss:qb:qbi</guid></item></channel></rss>
