Help ASAP Driving an unregistered vehicle on a private road

I need advice I was driving a 1945 willy's jeep on a private dirt road. I was given a ticket from an officer for driving an unregistered vehicle. Under Florida Statue 316.2123(1) Iam allowed to drive an all terrain vehicle on unpaved roads during daylight hours. I have to be in court at 3pm today should I try to get my case dismissed?

I assume this question is moot now as it's been 3 days. I'm curious though, were you able to get your case dismissed?

Need more information. But, you should show it to a local lawyer. Most will answer one question without charge.
