Homemade colon cleanse?

I need a safe homemade colon cleanse that won't make me go to the bathroom every quarter hour.

I have irregular bowel movements so I need to do something but I don't want anything that's going to cause cramping, cost a fortune or make me go every 15 minutes.

Unless you are experiencing constipation, you don't need to do anything to 'cleanse' or 'regulate' your colon.

Everyone has different bathroom habits and every person's body is on a different schedule.

There is no such thing as 'regular' bowel movements. Your body will eliminate waste as it accumulates and needs to be eliminated.

People who have a bowel movement at the same time every day are not 'regular.' They have merely trained their bodies to respond to cues, much as Pavlov's dogs salivated in anticipation of being fed after hearing the sound of the bell.

I found a home remedy colon cleanse, but now I don't have the web site and I can't find it again, and it sounded like it would work pretty well (and it was simple & safe).
It only had a few ingredients ... water & good gray sea salt, but I don't remember much else
Can anyone help me out?

Well saphire, a colon cleanse will do absolutely nothing for you, but make you miserable. Just fill an enema bulb with warm water and you will get the desired effect. Colon cleansing is a joke, promulagated by those wishing to take your money and laugh all the way to the bank, with your money.
