Problems; On September 27th had pain across my shoulder and could not move my shoulders-----went to my primary care doctor who said I had muscxle spasms gave me hydrocodone acetaminophen----had pulse rate o 93. On October 17th had hiccups for two days did not sleep again went to my primary doctor gave something to relieve the hiccups pulse rate was 114 On both visits I also informed the doctor I had no strenght in my hands and I had lost 40 lbs by the second visit.&lt;/p&gt;
