&lt;p&gt;Injuries were shoulder rotorcuff, ulner nerve, carpal tunnel,  surgeries then atrial fibulation after surgery...currently  on couidum and 2 heart pills ,  malformed hand,  shoulder pain.  Prognosis condition is the heart issues must be monitored for life and hand uncorrectable.
