In a 2001 article entitled "The Energy Climate Challenge: Issues for the New U.S. Administration," Holdren noted world population estimates for 2100 ranged between 7 billion to 11 billion people.

He argued it was important to strive for "a result near the low end of these possibilities" because the difference between these two figures in terms of the ease or difficulty of achieving a low-carbon-emission future "is immense."

To make sure global population remained near the low end of the 2100 estimates, Holdren once again returned to the theme of manipulating human fertility through a variety of methods, including "government incentives for small families."

As WND previously reported , a worldwide scientific agenda is emerging to link global population growth with global warming, arguing that climate change is such a severe crisis that the U.S. must participate in a United Nations mandate to implement global birth control to reduce carbon emissions.

A series of papers recently published by the Royal Society in Great Britain and by the United Nations have directly made the link between global population growth and anthropomorphic, or man-made global warming.

The Economist summed up the current argument , writing on Monday, "A world with fewer people would emit less greenhouse gas."

Yes only if we start at the top POLITICATIONS should be first then as Mrs. Obama wants a child in the white house and she is not pregnat yet so if it is all right for them the CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS GO FIRST as this is a CLEAR VIOLATION OF OUR RIGHTS. That then should also include all Americans and those illigals who want to have children is this not fair then what is good for one is good for all. No children borne in any country world wide law not just the USA fair dont you think???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Sir, Where in your facts, that you use so freely, does it say that "black mothers" should be sterilized? There is no where that such a thing is openly stated or implyed. If you are implying that "black mothers" should be sterilized I would take a look in your mirror to see who the bigot truly is. I had hoped, with the election of Obama, that this country would become civilized. But, I was wrong. This is the same country but with a different leadership. Michael Joel Held

I like Mr. Michael Joel Held's motto - quoting the US Constitution 1790. It is a shame that our Usurper President does not follow it - as evidenced by obama's unconstitutional CZAR PALOOZA - with a SCIENCE CZAR and his deranged ideas.

If obama used poisonous gas - as emissions from his jets - with all the travel he is doing - obama could kill off the world population in about a month. No need for sterilization to do it.
