&lt;p&gt;I'm sorry to hear of your digestive problems but think I have a solution for you. When I make jam and put up dew berries from a summer's picking I rinse them and heat to simmering with enough water on the bottom a heavy pot in a (stir often to make sure they don't stick). When they begin to exude their juice a bit I use a potato masher to really mash the berries well then use a very fine sieve lined with either a double layer of cheese cloth or I've even used clean old cotton dish towel to strain the seeds from the juice. My grandmother used to use old sheets or cloth dinner napkins  and put the berries in it and squeeze by twisting the ends and throw out the seeds and remaining pulp. Use the seedless juice to make your recipe having the juice as the liquid called for in the recipe.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator>nancy</dc:creator><foaf:maker><foaf:Person><foaf:name>nancy</foaf:name><foaf:gender>female</foaf:gender><yedda:age>1</yedda:age><foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://yedda.com/people/273783755719559/?src=rss:qb:ap" /><foaf:img rdf:resource="http://static1.yeddacdn.com/resources/00000029460/8cc1ed03a2c434c.jpg" /></foaf:Person></foaf:maker><yedda:post><yedda:type>answer</yedda:type><yedda:thread previous="http://yedda.com/questions/Raspberry_seeds-urgent-_stomach_735955108732600/Raspberry_seeds-urgent-_stomach_735955108732600" /><yedda:rating>4.0</yedda:rating></yedda:post><pubDate>Wed, 28 Oct 2009 14:13:23 GMT</pubDate><guid>http://yedda.com/questions/Raspberry_seeds-urgent-_stomach_735955108732600/Joan_sorry_hear_digestive_problems_186332224751320?src=rss:qb:qbi</guid></item></channel></rss>
