Today the Security Council must be called to make the needed resolution. And then ask the governments and parliaments of Denmark and Norway to implement an effective coast guard there. Better late than never. Action should have been taken a long time ago to prevent this from happening; and it will continue to happen until a multi national force is patrolling the area. The UN? What about NATO joining in as well?
