This is certainly sufficient to curdle any self-respecting bacterium.</p> <p>It should be fine for a week or so.</p> <p>Dieticians and health gurus will become apoplectic at my advice and tell you to discard the chicken quickly. They are misguided. They do not speak from experience or common sense.</p> <p>If you grill it after a couple of days, it may be tough. Wrap some bacon around it. I would almost be tempted to tell you to rinse it and dry it to get some of the sauce off but you could wipe it good with paper towels and that would probably be alright. I like soy sauce because a little goes a long way in flavoring things.
