I paid 675 for a Moen faucet that cost $75 and half an hour to install..  What can I do to retrieve my money and let other people know about this dishonesty in a business where trust is a key element? And surely before you pay the bill. I don't expect any recourse. I just wanted to try to prevent them from taking advantage of anyone else. I trusted them and the young man told me that was the only faucet he had with him. I was afraid of a leaking pipe and I told him to go ahead. it wasn't til later that I looked up the price of the faucet on the moen site. Thank you,anyway.
