A Vision for Gaza peace

It seems to me there is a lack of vision on the part of Israel towards the folk in Gaza. What offers of prosperity can Israel offer to folk in Gaza should they live in peace with Israel? What can Israel do to offer investment opportunities in Gaza in the event of peace? Richard de Villiers

Surely if the Palestinian people want independence from Israel then it is not up to Israel to provide investment opportunities in Gaza. The people of Gaza receive money from the US, from the UN and they can turn to their brothers in Egypt and Jordan for assistance. The fact is they do not want to develop their economy and the terrorist leaders just use all the financial assistance to buy weapons, ignoring the rest of their society who may want to have a normal life.
