A bi-partisan congressional pannel reported it's findings today to Vice President Elect Joe Biden regarding the likelyhood of a Weapons of Mass Destruction attack occuring within U.S. Borders by 2013.

Weapons of Mass Destruction?

Where have I heard that before?

Oh that's right...as a false pretext to committ a war of aggression, that Americans by and large say they would have preferred not to have been drawn into by such a false pretext.

Well our Intelligence Community appears to have gotten it wrong that there were any Weapons of Mass Destruction in Saddam Hussein's Iraq.

Yet now we are to believe a bi-partisan congressional pannel has gotten their conclusions right regarding not just Weapons of Mass Destruction but when and by whom they might be used on us!

STOP! ENOUGH ALREADY!

Americans are tired of living in this false state of contrived fear.

The last administration was about seeking out Weapons of Mass Destruction abroad...this one is going to be about asking us to give up even more rights and to continue to live in an ever growing Police State to protect us from the phantom of imaginary attacks from terrorists using once again ...Weapons of Mass Destruction.

Am I the only American sick of this nonsense?

Am I the only American who thinks it's foolish for the people in the land of the free and the brave to keep giving up their constitutional rights to walk around 24/7, 365 days a year decade after decade in an induced state of fear?

I hope not...

WASHINGTON - The United States can expect a terrorist attack using nuclear or more likely biological weapons before 2013, reports a bipartisan commission in a study being briefed Tuesday to Vice President-elect Joe Biden. It suggests the Obama administration bolster efforts to counter and prepare for germ warfare by terrorists.
"Our margin of safety is shrinking, not growing," states the report, obtained by The Associated Press. It is scheduled to be publicly released Wednesday.
The commission is also encouraging the new White House to appoint one official on the National Security Council to exclusively coordinate U.S. intelligence and foreign policy on combating the spread of nuclear and biological weapons.
The report of the Commission on the Prevention of WMD Proliferation and Terrorism, led by former Sens. Bob Graham of Florida and Jim Talent of Missouri, acknowledges that terrorist groups still lack the needed scientific and technical ability to make weapons out of pathogens or nuclear bombs. But it warns that gap can be easily overcome, if terrorists find scientists willing to share or sell their know-how.
"The United States should be less concerned that terrorists will become biologists and far more concerned that biologists will become terrorists," the report states.
The commission believes biological weapons are more likely to be obtained and used before nuclear or radioactive weapons because nuclear facilities are more carefully guarded. Civilian laboratories with potentially dangerous pathogens abound, however, and could easily be compromised.
"The biological threat is greater than the nuclear; the acquisition of deadly pathogens, and their weaponization and dissemination in aerosol form, would entail fewer technical hurdles than the theft or production of weapons-grade uranium or plutonium and its assembly into an improvised nuclear device," states the report.
It notes that the U.S. government's counterproliferation activities have been geared toward preventing nuclear terrorism. The commission recommends the prevention of biological terrorism be made a higher priority.
Study chairman Graham said anthrax remains the most likely biological weapon. However, he told the AP that contagious diseases - like the flu strain that killed 40 million at the beginning of the 20th century - are looming threats. That virus has been recreated in scientific labs, and there remains no inoculation to protect against it if is stolen and released.
Graham said the threat of a terrorist attack using nuclear or biological weapons is growing "not because we have not done positive things but because adversaries are moving at an even faster pace to increase their access" to those materials.
He noted last week's rampage by a small group of gunmen in Mumbai.
"If those people had had access to a biological or nuclear weapon they would have multiplied by orders of magnitude the deaths they could have inflicted," he said.
Al-Qaida remains the only terrorist group judged to be actively intent on conducting a nuclear attack against the United States, the report notes. It is not yet capable of building such a weapon and has yet to obtain one. But that could change if a nuclear weapons engineer or scientist were recruited to al-Qaida's cause, the report warns.
The report says the potential nexus of terrorism, nuclear and biological weapons is especially acute in Pakistan.
"Were one to map terrorism and weapons of mass destruction today, all roads would intersect in Pakistan," the report states.
In fact, commission members were forced to cancel their trip to Pakistan this fall. The Islamabad Marriott Hotel that commission members were to stay in was blown up by terrorist bombs just hours before they were to check in.
"We think time is not our ally. The (United States) needs to move with a sense of urgency," Graham said.

The lying, if that occurred, was in inflating the evidence. We have found out since, from Saddam, that he intended to make Iran think he had all these weapons [he succeeded too well].

Everyone is trying to get nuclear weapons can you blame them? Several nations do have them. The logic is neither here nor there. We know that the US, India and israel are in the firing line of the Al-Quaida for a reason which is religion based not exactly political. Iraq was secular under Saddam but bentupon destroying Israel.

Unless Pakistan is sternly dealth with and sanitised of nuclear weapons there is always a chance of reaching it in the hands of terrorists. But who will deal with Pakistan? Pakistan is supported by the Chinese in their development of WMD.

It seems the world is going soft on Iran which as everyone is aware a religiously extremist nation which wants to destroy Israel and Rome.

Time is running out for the freeworld to deal with these two great threats of Pakistan and Iran.

As an immediate solution to the threat by WMD in countries like US, India and Israel, top most priority to internal security is the only way

All options should be open and on the table in dealing with Pakistan (rather Pakistan based terror groups) and Iran.

Here is a great option for you. It's called launch a U.S. Nuclear Strike on Israel...end of problem. We had no problem in the Middle East until the creation of Israel. I am an American and not an Israeli. I am an American and America was founded on seperation of Church and State. Someone, anyone has yet to explain to me why American tax dollars are being spent to ensure and insure a foreign nation founded on principals that are unconstitutional?

Someone has yet to explain to me when we can storm the sands from Iwo Jima to the shores of Tripoli yet why it is we have to walk around in our own country like we are afraid, looking over our shoulders for boogeymen and treated like common criminals because LOL there are bad people in the world?

I haven't gotten on an airplane since 911. Not because I am afraid to fly, because I have too much dignity to go through the humiliating process of being treated suspect for being a consumer and a traveler. What self respecting person would tolerate that in the name of fear?

[for those who don’t know, a uranium bomb is rather easy to make if you have enough fissionable material. More if you don’t have to worry about size [putting it on a missile or carrying it in a plane], it is even simpler. One man could carry enough material across the border in a couple of suitcases [not even heavy ones] to blow up the largest American city. Sure he would have to acquire explosives here [not at all hard to do], some metal work, a detonator [nothing special], a little training, and a few weeks to do the work. We are not safe.

Morethanone, you raise a thoroughly disturbing issue: strategic and tactical special weapons. These come in three PRIMARY modalities: nuclear, biological, chemical (NBC). There are other modalities but let's not discuss potentially classified material on this board.

These weapons are not hard for even a poorly funded nation to manufacture. There have been a frightening number of "backyard" and "basement" weapons made in America, Britain, Canada, Mexico, and 110 less "civilized" nations.

What did they have in common?

1. Disgruntled or dissonant citizens with average intelligence and a sufficient grudge to spend months on the Internet, finding nasty things to do to LOTS of other people.

2. Socially inept persons who had a score to settle against "the establishment" or some other "generalized outer entity" whether that "entity" existed or not. Often they just acted out hostility they learned in school.

3. Persons who demanded "A sense of empowerment."

4. Others who are so far out of their minds I don't even want to think about them.

It is in no way difficult to manufacture big nasty weapons. Timothy McVeigh didn't need the backing of the Department of Energy or Sandia National Laboratories. Nor does any other nut case. These dangerous morons are all too glad to go out in a blaze of glory.

In the case of nations, the sad but very real fact is that the only reason they do not do something stupid is the very real threat of immediate and overwhelming retaliation.

Mutual Assured Destruction? MAD is the word! But the only thing any madder is to light the fuse to the rocket that carries the first weapon.

Nothing is easier to trace than the origin of a special weapon.  It is very easy to tell where the radionuclides for a nuclear weapon came from (including the breeder reactor that produced it and the silo where it was stockpiled). Chemical weapons are even easier to backtrack. Biological weapons are the easiest of all. We have countermeasures already, and will use them if needs be.

I refuse to say how I know (you people don't want to know anyway). I can say that if some lunatic were to try something stupid, people here would die, but we would know who did it and we would take all the proper steps. Those steps, of course, start with war.

The idea is to defuse the situation before it goes ballistic.

I think we call that DIPLOMACY! The part that gives me a fright is that our actual diplomats have all been sidelined punitively by an inexpert and inexperienced new Executive Team, which of course is a direct provocation to war.

We need professionals in the White House, not the juniormost Senator -- from Illinois. That lunatic sidelined the brightest and best because he hates Republicans.

We just might not survive that fool's lack of common decency and common sense.

I am still amazed at how these Obama supporters still don't see the light? Then again, I guess I am not....Hilary tried to tell them about eight months ago, and that was one of their own. Even the facts don't make them budge. They just dig deeper for more excuses....

I would have thought the fact that he has took the "past" Clinton administration and implemented them into "His Administration" would maybe enlighten them? It is obvious he needs all the experienced minded ones to help him with that 3am phone call. Then again, he may be the one helping organize the 3am attack.

I just got done with a meeting of the Vietnam Veterans of America. I have never seen otherwise dignified and disciplined guys so worked up before. Veterans don't get angry. If we mean business, we go cold, methodical, and start making plans.

One man told me that he was going to start finding good lanes of fire to the White House. Another just sat there silent, shaking his head, tapping his fingers lightly: that is a sure sign that he has made his mind up and what he does will definitely be dangerous. Another had a satellite map of DC and was marking altitude coordinates on it. Another was conspicuous by his absence. The word is that he had already taken cover, and would wait months if he had to.

That is how snipers set up a fire mission. Cold military planning, no detail left unconsidered, rosters of men whom the other guy had served with long ago and was still in shape.

They were in no mood to take issue.

Nobody called on anyone to take sides. Nobody had to. Most of these salty old Marines and Seals were black so race was not part of the equation. The only thing they considered was loyalty. That is a great big issue for Veterans. Eventually nothing else matters.

Nobody was hot around the collar. The icy resolve I saw in their eyes was the same as I had seen in Earthquake and Sgt Nasty and Gunny Gator when I was with them outside Quang Tri in 1972. I can't say that they don't have a point.

Those were their call signs. They still won't go by anything else, thirty-five years after Vietnam.

That look tells me that we're not going to see these guys again. They're back "in country home" and that's not how to be! That is how strongly they feel about Obama and his disrespectful attitude towards Veterans.

I just pray that we can find a solution -- FAST!

It is not always right to think that truth stands with majority public opinion.

The majority world including the Muslims, communists and the non-evangelical Christians (comprising Roman Catholics and the orthodox Christians) do not appreciate the Jewish claim to the land of Judea and Samaria.

Islam is waging their jihad (religious war) against the Jewish nation to destroy it from being a nation on the earth ever since Jews started returning to Judea and Samaria. If America were to bomb Israel, it shows they merely take the view of Islam.

Israel’s standing in their land of Judea and Samaria is challenge to Islam because Islam teaches that God rejected Israel, but the coming back of Jews to Judea and Samaria as a nation after 2000 years is blamed as the reason for the unrest in the middle-east and in the rest of the world by the communists, Islam and the non-evangelical Christians. They call Israel an illegal entity, outpost of the west in the middle-east and so on.

It is a truth that the shouting of the majority can often suppress the voice of the minority. But truth remains always a truth; it cannot be annihilated by jihad or bombing or unreal accusations.

Why the Muslims and the rest of the world do not shout against Saudi Arabia where freedom of other religions has been brutally suppressed? If Saudi Arabia, Iran and other Muslim countries can keep its religious identity intact why not Israel its ethnic identity. If China and Cuba can keep its political identity intact, brutally suppressing other political entities, why not Israel its ethnic identity. Today is 2008 and not 1968 when you wore the uniform. 40 years of technology has been worked on night and day.

Sir, this will be my last post on the matter. I do so in the vain hope that you will actually read what I have to say. You have not read my other posts as can be seen by your complete misunderstanding of what they said. Your original post, the question in this line, concerned the belief by some that an attack on the United States by WMD’s would occur. Your position was that it would not. You gave reasons that had nothing to do with the real or non-real possibility of an attack.
In your last post, most of your statements are irrelevant to the subject you brought to this board. I have advanced no opinion on:
1. airport security
2. loss of civil liberties
3. the quality of the TSA
4. an international and/or local conspiracy to enslave the world by DuPont Chemical.
5. giving up rights because of fear
6. your rather strange view of the world, where we can defend ourselves because of our military, who are training the people we need defending against, and aside from being a part of the military-industrial complex are in competition with themselves…or did I get your post wrong.
Just a sample of the errors in your post:
1. Nitro Glycerin is NOT TNT, and my friend I KNOW.
2. DuPont does not now have an enforceable patent on TNT. It is made by a number of countries.

The founding fathers of the United States of America did not see nor want a role for it as an international policeman or arbiter of disputes.

They instead wanted a nation based on separation of church and state where all people could worship in any manner, any deity they wanted or none at all.

Because of our nation’s unbiased support of Israel, which is a nation that does not separate Church from State other theocracies and pseudo theocracies in the Muslim world believe this to be unfair as we have blocked sanction after sanction and condemnation after condemnation and resolution after resolution passed against Israel in the United Nations for Israel’s human rights violations by using our Security Council Veto in each and every instance.

The Muslim nations not only see this as the hypocrisy that it is as we will sanction nations for lesser civil rights violations and encourage punitive collective security penalizing actions against them, but further more see it as a wholesale disenfranchisement from the promise of the United Nations to provide collective security against Aggressor nations.

It has cost us respect and esteem because it is not a fair or balance approach on our part and it has left us both vulnerable to attack externally and internally as externally both Muslim nations and Israel spy on us using covert operatives like Jonathon Pollard and try to commit acts of terrorism like in the case of Al Qaeda. Internally Jewish Americans intent on ensuring the survival of Israel often tamper with the political process in the United States with an eye not on safeguarding the United States best interests but Israel’s best interest which in fact is treasonous for a citizen of a sovereign nation to put any other nation’s consideration and security ahead of their own. Muslims also are inclined to aide sympathetically some organizations back in the Arab and Muslim world that seem to have ties to funding Islamic Fundamentalist Terrorist Organizations.

Your god which amazingly most Christians do not even know his name Yahweh dates back about 3,000 years before Christ. There were lots of gods in those days some a whole lot more entertaining and fun. Bacchus and Venus were my favorites though I think Cupid is romantic in notion and gods like Thor kind of dashing.

When Rome first hear of Yahweh they were happy to respect him in their pantheon of gods as a simple tribute to a conquered people like the Judeans whom could be trusted to economically govern themselves and pay tribute to the Republic and succeeding Empire accordingly without much administrative cost necessary in more draconian security from the Roman state.

To the fun loving and adventurous Romans Yahweh was simply a question mark. They simply could not fathom why anyone would worship such a strict, harsh, vengeful, and jealous and vein god.

Of course back in those days not a whole lot of people could read or write and very few surviving accurate records are kept of some of the history and people involved with the transformation of Yahweh from a simple nomadic dessert peoples Spartan God to a deity that over the course of a dark thousand years in human history would be imposed on most of the world’s known population.

Who actually understood most the complexities of the Jewish Tribes and Sects were the Jewish Elders and keepers of the Temple of Solomon and the Hebrew Kings. They had exclusive control and access to the scrolls and texts that made up the religion being practiced.

Those Jewish Elders rejected Jesus Christ as being the son of Yahweh and of being a prophet. That was most likely because Jesus Christ was the son of Caesar and Cleopatra gone into exile after Augustus defeated Mark Anthony and Cleopatra’s armies. Eventually Rome would tire though of Jewish treachery and broken promises to the Empire and sacked Jerusalem and robbed and raided Solomon’s Temple. The Jews were sent into Diaspora and most of them enslaved in Babylon until it fell in the eighth century.

Good portions of the Jewish Scrolls regarding the religion were taken back to Rome and eventually came into the hands of Justinian who became the first Christian Emperor of Rome. Upon his conversion and defeat of the Western Empire’s Emperor he sought to consolidate his rule and convert all of the Roman Empire to Christianity replete with all the pageantry and pomp and circumstance the entertainment loving Romans were accustomed to. He sent his mother back to Judea to round up every Icon of the cult of Yahweh and Jesus Christ to begin the back bone of the Holy Roman Empire and Papacy.

A nearly bankrupt Rome hardly able to field a respectable Army after centuries of warfare had hit upon a notion that this new Christian Religion could replace the costly and expensive Bread and Circuses that formerly were the due of Roman citizens and that the threat of eternal damnation could be more powerful than the threat of a Roman sword to barbarian and pagan peoples who could be sold on the promise of absolution and eternal life.

When Justinian’s mother visited Jerusalem the now ruined temple of Solomon was inaccessible to her because of Muslim control of the city. The Christians made their Bible based on a series of letters from Jesus’ disciples and the scrolls they had removed from the Temple previously.

The last King of the Jews in Babylon fled when the city fell in the eighth century and went to Europe and renamed him self Theodoric and became a sovereign of his own right there. Several prominent families existing today consider themselves to be descendant of Theodoric the last known King of the Jews. One of those families is the Rothschild family. As in the Rothschild family that paid for most of the government buildings in the modern state of Israel upon it’s founding. King Fahd is claimed also to be a descendent of Theodoric by the way.

One of the things Theodoric did immediately upon gaining influence within Europe after converting to Christianity was to lobby for the Holy Crusades to free Jerusalem from Muslim control.

Based on his heredity this made perfect sense and part of his argument of merit was that Solomon’s Temple held many more artifacts and scrolls not in possession of the Papal State. The Papal State always hungry for more icons for the every growing religion pieced together three Crusades to the Holy Land.

The second of these gave birth to an order of Knights called the Knights Templar. Their fierce and tireless heroic efforts in which they were often in the vanguard of every battle earned them the right to set up their headquarters in Jerusalem once it was finally captured on the Temple Mount and they made their main encampment their for decades on top of the ruins of Solomon’s Temple. Hence the Knights Templar, they became the most powerful faction in Europe were granted rare and exclusive privileges by the Popes to in essence act as their own traveling self government above the laws of any nation they traveled through or dwelt in and only answerable to the Pope. They set up a huge clerical order, they began acting as stewards of other Nobles lands while away fighting Crusades, writing illuminated Bibles, set up the first international banking system for pilgrims traveling to the Holy Lands and dug in Solomon’s Temple night and day for decades.

I am sorry to say that what they discovered led to the demise and forced destruction of their order and many of the most prominent Templar Knights being burned at the stake for heresy.

What they discovered were some additional Hebrew original texts on Scrolls in the Temple.

What they discovered is why the Muslims believe Yahweh rejected the Tribes of Israel.

Evidently when Lucifer and his fellow angels were cast out of Heaven it seems they fornicated with human women. One of those women gave birth to the first King of Jerusalem.

The text the Templar Knights found revealed the Lucifer connection and a form of mysticism that included channeling spirits and other metaphysical type things that upon the Templar Knights introducing it to European Christians became the basis of Kabbalah, Jewish Mysticism which became then in vogue with many of Europe’s Jews.

Naturally when word reached the Pope of the Templar Knights engaging in these ceremonies the Pope aided by a zealous King of France intent on not having to pay back the Templar Knights a huge loan he had taken out wasted no time in destroying their organization.

The surviving Templar Knights still in possession of the scrolls had learned one other thing from them.

The location of the lost thirteenth tribe who were in fact the Scottish Kings, and off they went to exile in Scotland. Once there they set up the Scottish Masonic Movement and the Masons have this text to this day.

The reason to send in critters like me is to delay enemy movements, prevent enemy troops from establishing beachheads, and certain strategic deployments I am not at liberty to discuss. The simple, legal, and easy way to settle this beef is to give Obama the education he slept through at Harvard. Put a few TRUSTWORTHY old salts with him, instead of those absent minded professors he has chosen, and maybe we can raise the Boy Wonder into an actual man.

You would also recognize many of those names as being prominent in current and past Administrations.

If you took the time to study the Savings and Loan Crisis in the eighties and who the proceeds of the fraud flowed too, you would understand the dynamic of the Financial Crisis today and how it is manipulated and by whom to what end and purpose.

Computer graphics experts have demonstrated that the Birth Certificate he posted on line is a forgery, and it's a forgery of the short form computerized Birth Certificate not the long form vaulted Birth Certificate with all the pertinent information on that he refuses to release.

The year Obama got elected to the Senate Pellosi lamented on TV that it was a shame he was not a U.S. Citizen and could not run for President.

The 2 billion 4 year long Madison Avenue style campaign he ran was all about a manufactured image that any attempts to disect by journalist were met with Obama/Biden boycotting their venues.

What do we really know about this man who seems simply to be restoring the Clinton Administation to power while the Chairman of the Board of the 345 billion dollars richer Citi-Group thanks to the Bailout Package is supposedly helping him along with serveral other corrupt and questionable business people that all sit on his Economic Team.

Well, that's simply Jennifer, he can't justify his position based on the very limited evidence he has to validate his position. To many people, most people, the war on terror is real. They really are afraid of the Arabs and Muslims instead of their own government. They want to believe that the government is there to protect them instead of the interests of a privelaged and wealthy corrupt few. If they are Jewish they are even more inclined to buy into the terrorism problem as the Israeli's do have a real terrorism problem, even though its a result of their own inclination to terrorize others and those actions. Of course sympathetic Christians who don't understand how Israel created it's terrorist problem are more inclined to fear the Muslims and Arabs.

Did you see the part of that documentary where the Rothschilds actually purchased a two story Penthouse with a bird's eye view so they could watch the destruction of the World Trade Center Towers first hand? How that same morning George H. W. Sr. was meeting with Bin Laden's brother? How the Rothschilds spent their Wedding night staying in George W.'s White House for the night? Well the truth is we are allowing it to happen. I think the first and most important question each and everyone of us has to ask of ourselves is are we going to allow it to continue happending right on through to the end? Or will each of us recognize that all it takes for evil to suceed is for good people to, do nothing.

That would not even consider that the true evil the runs rampant through every facet of society and walk of live is all controlled by a few hundred people, who control the governments, banks, money supply, big business, militaries, media, health and education system of the world, and that they the average citizen, has never had a say, or a clue as to how that is done and by whom and why? Not very many. Most truly want to believe and need to believe, and that makes it very hard, to get them to believe the truth.

I think people will recognize the truth if enough people just keep putting it out there. Its a hard job, but people can be woken up one at a time. It just takes time.

We will win in the end and put the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers behind bars, the Warburgs and duPonts along with them, the Schiffs and Morgans, the Bush family, and the Harrimans, ever last one of them will end up getting their due in the end.
