Stihl Carb Flooding issue

Greetings:

I am in need of a carb assembly schematic for a ZAMA C1Q series carb.

I have a Stihl Blower-Vacuum machine.

* Stihl Mod # SH 85 -Z

* ZAMA Carb Mod # - C1Q / S68 / 212A

The past several weeks it became hard to start when cold, whether using the choke or primer bulb or not.

When it did start, it would take a minute or two to clear out the excess gas in the the cylinder.

Also it would only run at about 3/4 speed, even with the throttle wide open.

I replaced the carb pump diaphram, needle and spring, tried adjusting the Hi-Low needel settings,

removed the air cleaner, and the muffler.

Nothing I have done allowed the engine to perform any better.

One dealer says to replace the Carb - another says to bring it in for inspection.

My Stihl SH85 blower was running really rich and would only achieve about half throttle. I found a tiny metal plug in the diaphram chamber with some tiny strings of sealent. It had appearently come out. I didn't have any gas resistant sealer so I got some at O'Riellys (very expensive - $12 for small med tube). I reintalled metal plug with sealer, waited and hour, reassemble, made adjustment, and waited another hour. I also removed and cleaned plug since it was running extremely rich. I also blew out high speed jet with low pressure air after removing high speed adjustment screw. Started great and ran like new.
