What can I do about this? Does anyone know if I am allowed to open their mail, since obviously the two people who are doing this have deliberately used my home address?

I have sent back two items marked as "return to sender" but am getting more mail now with both their names on it, then I did just a few months ago. MY address is very apparent on the documents.

They are obviously using my residential address when they receive services that they can fudge around when it comes to receiving a bill in the mail..., UNLIKE electric/water/gas/garbage bills, residential phone bills and cable bills.

These two people used to live here, but that was 10 years ago!

They are my husband's ex-wife and her now-adult daughter.

Can anyone help me on this issue? I have Googled and can't find any useful info.

I've lived at my current address nearly 10 years and still ocassionaly find mail in my box for the last tennant. I just send it back and forget it.

Eventually they will get the idea if you are persistent in your efforts.

If all else fails and you are certain that they are still using your address, contact the post master general office.

<foaf:maker><foaf:Person><foaf:name>citrine1</foaf:name><foaf:gender>female</foaf:gender><yedda:age>64</yedda:age><foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://yedda.com/people/1494105130756/?src=rss:qb:ap" /><foaf:img rdf:resource="http://static1.yeddacdn.com/resources/00000013761/8cb9b2feb6b2a26.gif" /></foaf:Person></foaf:maker><yedda:post><yedda:type>answer</yedda:type><yedda:thread previous="http://yedda.com/questions/anothers_home_address_fraudulently_735404158934830/happened_nbsp_notified_post_office_951677711411381" /><yedda:rating>3.0</yedda:rating></yedda:post>
