Does anyone know if I am allowed to open their mail, since obviously the two people who are doing this have deliberately used my home address? </p> <p>I have sent back two items marked as "return to sender" but am getting more mail now with both their names on it, then I did just a few months ago. MY address is very apparent on the documents.</p> <p>They are obviously using my residential address when they receive services that they can fudge around when it comes to receiving a bill in the mail..., UNLIKE electric/water/gas/garbage bills, residential phone bills and cable bills.</p> <p>These two people used to live here, but that was 10 years ago!</p> <p>They are my husband's ex-wife and her now-adult daughter.</p> <p>Can anyone help me on this issue?  I have Googled and can't find any useful info.</p> <p>Lorinda R.
