what happens if your going through a custody battle and the father lies under oath that he does no drugs baby mama just lieing on me and then test positive in court for every name in the book. and courts still give him visitation unsupervised. and two weekends latter the 4 year old child comes back from fathers house with black eyes,bruises to his body.take child to emergency they take pictures not to mention they got all the domestic violence that i induared from him over the years. and documents that he's currently beatening the girl he's with now and 70 year old grandmother. but they tell me from me protecting my 4 year old child if i don't let father see him i got to do 30 days in jail. but before i can hide my child he pulled up with the police. and before i knew it my son had already ran to the grandfather. and they made him residential gaurdian for school purposes. and i cant see my child but every other week that's if he not in school. and he violated the court order and i have not seen my son in three and a hlf weeks

First of all you have a paper trail on hospital records dr visits use them in court as to the abuse you under went. Have your attorney supeona if any records that are available on his girl friend if any and have them presented to the court. And have the records burught to court on the child also as all is needed to prove your case so as to get custody. As the grand parents are his shield to use against you as if you can prove he purgered himself under oath then you and your attorney are on your way to proveing your case as a matter of law.
