I have ADHD and I have looked in diffrent places for suport and help.But I also have PTSD that makes it hard to meet new people face to face so I have been looking online for suport groups on the web, But i cant find one in my budget range.I have been declared dissabeled. So I cant work. Is there any free online suport for people like me. There are medications that will help you as long as you have a doctor to prescribe them. Personally, I wouldn't go that route unless I was absolutely at the end of my rope. There are so many bad side effects that can be worse than what you are trying to relieve.    I'm sure you have access to a computer. Microsoft Office, which is installed in most computers has Outlook. This contains a calendar, address &amp; phone book, email, and tasks. It is very good at getting your life organized so that you don't forget important events, appointments, birthdays....etc...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you're feeling a lot of stress you should try breathing exercises that you can find on the Internet. Basically, it's just breathing deeply and slowly. This will calm you down and lower your blood pressure. You may be in a situation that is very difficult regarding family, friends, kids, pets or whomever you might be around. Meditation will help you emensely as well as prayer. Always, try to keep yourself in the moment (the here and now.) You'll see there's nothing to fear but the fear itself. I don't want to be cliche, but it is so true that you can't change your past, and most of the fear of the future turns out different than you expected most of the time. The only thing you can do is make the best of the situation you are in this very second. Listen to yourself. You know right from wrong and your survival instinct will not let your down. Just don't stay down any longer that possible. It only breeds on itself. Try to stay busy being constructive and moving forward.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The only other thing I can sujest is if you have good medical insurance, go see a good Psychologist or Psychiatrist.  There are hotlines you can find if you do a search on the Internet or in the phone book. There is so much help out there and here. You just have to get used to asking for it. You've got nothing to lose by asking.
