Here I go again this page looks all too familiar...IS anyone getting these questions or Am I talking to myself still?

I don'tunderstand why I have to retype this question now for the 5th time!I NEED to copy a DVD which was given to me for other family members. It is a copy from my daughters recital, my son is on a ship somewhere on the way to Panama with the Navy/ he is a Marine.I would ask him but he is obviously not available to question!

I need step by tep instructions on how to do this. on my pc. I submitted this question at least 4 times already but , I am old , slow and not computer sauvee' maybe the thing(question) is lost in hyper space? PLease HELP!

Hello,

You will need specialist DVD copying software that will copy the DVD first to your hard drive and then to a new DVD.

Your computer also will need a DVD burner (writer) to make the new DVD.

In looking at your history, this is the only question that comes up, so, yes, it probaby got lost somewhere in space. Secondly, do you have a program for copying DVD's on your computer and a DVD burner (not just a CD burner). The programs are all different, so it is hard for anyone to giver you compete step-by-step procedures to do this. If you have a program and let us know which one, maybe some one can help. The best I can do is tell you to open your program and go to the "help" menu where instructions are. If you do not have a DVD burner, you won't be able to copy another one. Hope this helps.
