What are the ramifications of the case being in civil court. Can I be held liable for attorney's fees? People or businesses who have money always have the advantage over those of us who do not. If your cause is legitamate then you will have nothing to fear. In fact, under the circumstances that you elaborated on you will probably get your court costs along with your money. But you must rely on your attorney.
