i found out friday im pregnant 6 test later and all postive.... ive been getting sharp pains all weekend but no bleeding cause my ex bf is putting me through alot of grief... dose this mean i might be miscarriging... im only about 5 weeks pregnant and dont see my doctor to tommorroow

Vaginal spotting or bleeding is generally the first symptom of a miscarriage, followed by abdominal pain a few hours to a few days later. If you have had no bleeding, I am not sure that you are having a miscarriage. It could be possible that your body is just adjusting to being pregnant. If I were you, I would see what the doctor has to say tomorrow before getting over your head worried.

Sharp pains or cramping in early pregnancy can be very normal in early pregnancy. Chances are that if you are seeing no bleeding, these are normal "growing pains.

Try not to worry hun. I am 34 weeks and also had pain in the early weeks as my body changed.x

its common. but stress can cause a miscarriage, and even if there is no bleeding dosent mean that you didnt miscarry...its called a miss miscarry..its where you dont find out for sometime after the baby is already dead. but as i said it is common to have pains in pregnancys...pregnancy is a weird thing really, there are so many signs for one thing, that mean the total opposite. like this. i would go to your dr and ask him just to make sure.
