It is about 180 gallons. I already use an in-line mineral filter on the garden hose for filling and the rock is coated with a water repellant called Deck Shield which is made for pool decks and water features. But I can see a problem starting. The waterfall builder says that I have to live with some deposits because of our hard water. Maybe I am looking for a miracle? azloafer@cox.net

<foaf:maker><foaf:Person><foaf:name>azloafer</foaf:name><yedda:age>67</yedda:age><foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://yedda.com/people/9512652911581/?src=rss:qb:ap" /><foaf:img rdf:resource="http://static1.yeddacdn.com/images/defaultUserIcon_rmt9c1d22d.gif" /></foaf:Person></foaf:maker><yedda:post><yedda:type>question</yedda:type></yedda:post>

RE: How can I prevent mineral deposits on a rock ...

simple i use to have this problem on a huge stone wall, get youself some peroxide and pour it on the area, let it sit for a while and you will be amazed, you can also scrub it with a brush. try it tell me if it worked. mike

<foaf:maker><foaf:Person><foaf:name>mike</foaf:name><foaf:gender>male</foaf:gender><yedda:age>37</yedda:age><foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://yedda.com/people/5186150112766/?src=rss:qb:ap" /><foaf:img rdf:resource="http://static1.yeddacdn.com/resources/00000013379/8caecf8e89408da.gif" /></foaf:Person></foaf:maker><yedda:post><yedda:type>answer</yedda:type><yedda:thread previous="http://yedda.com/questions/prevent_mineral_deposits_rock_3507121016340/prevent_mineral_deposits_rock_3507121016340" /><yedda:rating>3.0</yedda:rating></yedda:post>
