lostinpastmy nameast is georgia my husban passed feb ,2001 i miss him still so much we were married for 38 years.one of thoes marriges where we married at a eariy age live happytogather had three kids .the kids has went on with there life and i dont see them much ,mabe once a month . my husban was my life now i fill so lost with him gone. dont no what to do now people say get a job ,but i cant be cause of my heath ,thay say get a nother man i dont wont a nother man i still love jerry , so i set and wish i had my life back when jerry and kids were with me . still live in our same home and set and look at the family pictures. i need to know if i will evre see jerry agian and if so will iknow him and wiil he know me. lost in my past life need help georgia tell what i need to do

Volunteer work a few hours a day or week will help fill your void. Also a little hobby will give you some joy. A pet will give you a lot of joy!!! Go to church! You will meet wonderful people and there will be plenty to do- I wish you the best!

Georgia, I hear/read your pain. I can understand why you miss your dear Jerry so much, you loved him dearly. Grief is different with everyone so you may grieve for many years. Not sure if you are a Bible reader but the Bible gives hope for those who have passed away. Please read these scriptures for they will provide hope and comfort. And always pray to Almighty God for guidance and wisdom in coping with your loss and new life without your dear Jerry. *John 5:21, 28, 29-Jesus indicates that it will be possible to see our dead loved ones again and be reunited with them. *Luke 23:43, John 3:16, John 17:3-Jesus promised a paradise earth to be inhabited by millions, including those raised from the dead. *Psalm 37:29, Matthew 5:5 - righteous will inherit the earth. Pray to take in true knowledge and Almighty God will listen to the requests of your heart. Also reach out to your family, perhaps they are also grieving or maybe your grief may be too much for them to handle. Try anyway, it may turn out well for you. Hope this helps and take care!!

Dear Georgia hi, no one can understand how you feel loosing a loved one ,i lost my dad ,i am still sad .no one can replace him. it took me 10 years to get over the grief.I went for confession ,i am Christian Orthodox,father told me do not cry ,we all going to be together again in paradise.there we all going to be same age but our souls.we all going to have eternal life.Now here in earth what to do ,go to church ,i do not know your religion,joined a group meet new people ,do not stay home alone ,because your mind will go dack to your loved one, ask your children if they live close to you to take out twice a month, to a theater ,a good dinner.It is not wise t find another man ,you do not knwo him long enough. May be with you

Pray over this. Think about some of the gifts God gave you! Could be art music, reading or ever sewing! Think of a way to give/share the gifts with others a nebor or school church. Your gifts are still there, let them out.
