oct.1,2004 i got injured at a well known plywood company workd for the company for 7yrs. They refused me to see a doctor so i got an attorney. NOT ONCE TILL THIS DAY DID I GET ANY COMPENSATION from them they lied all the way. I know and can prove and can prove that by deposition. I did settle by force on May 2009. 5 yrs of this case not once was my attorney on my side i can prove it and i know i got cheated of my rights. SO MY ? is " CAN I OR SOME HOW APPEAL MY CASE AND OR CAN I TAKE THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY TO SMALL CLAIMS FOR DEFAMATION AND PAIN AND SUFFERING HE CAUSED ME AND MY FAMILY IN 5 YRS OF HELL I WENT THRU? IS THERE A LAW THAT SAYS I AS A CITIZEN CAN NOT BRING THIS TO A COMPANSATION JUDGE AS AN APPEAL TO HAVE MY CASE RELOOKED INTO. iM FUSTRATED OF BEING STEPPED ON PLEASE |!

All court cases in the Unitedstates could be appealed that is a constatutional wright. And if your atterney was not represnting you properly you could claim incompudent representatation. I would find a new atterney out of state that your employer has never heard of that likes to fight big companies. than after getting that case taken care of file a greives with your start bar against your previous atterney.

thank u so much u got me thinking alot about an out of state or out of los angeles county for an attorney or first though im going to the appeals court tomorrow on monday and file i know i have to much to let this go i got played by the system and i have suffered my little being homeless and just so much includeing what i feel everyday inside no one feels but me it makes me so angry just to know i got injured they got away with it so much more to this but u pushed me in the rite place..

You need to speak with an attorney asap. I believe their is a time limit on the appeals process.
