Maybe only the people in Israel would take Barak's word for it. We saw the Phosphorous bombs fired on civilians; we saw the wanton destruction of the houses of Gaza civilians; we saw the attacks on the UN buildings and the loss of civilian life. The IDF and Israeli nation are one in only being concerned in humiliating the Palestinians.</p> <p>Why should anyone believe the Israelis are 'gods chosen people' when they behave in as barbaric a fashion as any other nation or religous group has in the past? Of cause countries that are not in war don't waste so many peoples.
