Not only will you have to deal with it in court,but just when you think you're o.k., you'll here frm D.M.V. My suggestion is call the court give them your D.L. number and see what they have on record and deal with it in in a speedy manner. Is this your first D.U.I.?  You weillhave to attend D.U.I. school and will receive a fine.
