I'd say Albert Einstein. Knowledge is power, with it one can rationalize a particular situation and choose the best solution for all interested parties. Money is power as well, with it one can obtain the smartest mind(s) to rationalize and manipulate the best outcome for the interested party(s). It all depends on ones values and belief system.
