I would suggest really delving into the cultural aspects of the subject. Maximize you exposure to the language by going to Chinese restaurants, taking a martial arts class or listening to Chinese music and reading ancient Chinese stories. As your knowledge of the culture deepens I think you will find a stronger motivation to develop your language skills.&lt;strong/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
