Did you have an open adoption? If so then why dont you know her address I am going to suppose this might be your scenario. Have you tried the white pages on the internet for her name? Does she have family that you know of to question? I don't know anything about her, she was a theraputic foster mom in Indiana where I was living at the time. There was supposed to be sibling contact but I went to prison for 5 years and I lost all contact.
