My little sister is the same way. I thought I had sleep drunkeness syndrome but that seems perhaps a bit more extreme than what I have. So far as I can tell the way I feel is the way a person feels when they are woken during Stages 3/4 (delta sleep). These are the deep sleep stages, and this is when body restoration and repair occurs. Temperature drops even further during this phase, brain waves are slow and there is decreased muscle tone. People woken during delta sleep are often groggy and disoriented. Night terrors occur during this sleep stage. I feel like I have tried everything. I preety much never wake up feeling good. Please advise.</p>

<foaf:maker><foaf:Person><foaf:name>luvdsny13</foaf:name><yedda:age>35</yedda:age><foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://yedda.com/people/5041546615489/?src=rss:qb:ap" /><foaf:img rdf:resource="http://static1.yeddacdn.com/images/defaultUserIcon_rmt9c1d22d.gif" /></foaf:Person></foaf:maker><yedda:post><yedda:type>question</yedda:type></yedda:post>

RE: Never wake feeling refreshed

<p>I'm no expert but have had this effect for the last several years, I was told by a doc. I was thinking it might be a low oxygen issue. My husband used to shake me awake because he got scared; I would sleep so very soundly that he thought I was not breathing. I will check into the blood flow as well. My mother did have a poor circulation disorder so perhaps I do as well. God Bless right back atcha! ;-)</p>

<foaf:maker><foaf:Person><foaf:name>luvdsny13</foaf:name><yedda:age>35</yedda:age><foaf:homepage rdf:resource="http://yedda.com/people/5041546615489/?src=rss:qb:ap" /><foaf:img rdf:resource="http://static1.yeddacdn.com/images/defaultUserIcon_rmt9c1d22d.gif" /></foaf:Person></foaf:maker><yedda:post><yedda:type>answer</yedda:type><yedda:thread previous="http://yedda.com/questions/wake_feeling_refreshed_health_sleep_8624072461115/expert_effect_years_nbsp_told_doc_350793361965647" /><yedda:rating>3.0</yedda:rating></yedda:post>

RE: Never wake feeling refreshed

<p>Great ideas guys!
