What i mean by tags is...someone has a picture of something or someone already on there page and they have there myspace url all over it or like fansite. Other than that you could edit them in Photoshop or some other editing program, but to edit the type of pictures that you describe, you may need more than average skills. I dabble in Photoshop all the time.
